Tow Assist
For disabled vehicles on public roadways that can be safely handled using standard towing procedures.

What Is Not Covered
- Motor vehicle accidents unless separately approved or arranged.
- Off-road recovery, including drains, embankments, mud, or inaccessible terrain.
- Vehicles requiring specialized recovery equipment.
- Commercial, overloaded, or unusually modified vehicles unless expressly approved.
- Fuel cost, tyre purchase, replacement parts, repairs, or mechanical labour beyond roadside assistance.
- Repeated, suspicious, misleading, or abusive service requests.
- Services beyond the member’s available plan usage limit.
Accident and Recovery Situations May Require Additional Charges
SPARQ TT membership does not automatically cover motor vehicle accidents, off-road recovery, specialized recovery, or complex towing situations. Where accident or recovery services are facilitated, SPARQ TT may, at its sole discretion, contribute up to TTD $500. Any remaining balance is the responsibility of the member or customer and must be settled before or during service execution.
